This company takes your money, tells you the merchandise is out of stock and gives no refund

I ordered merchandise totaling 162.16 on May 13.2008. After 2 weeks of waitng and not receiving any merchandise, I called the company and they said my items were out of stock.in my opinion, you do not take money from someone when the merchandise is not available. You also notify a customer that the merchandise is out of stock. My first of many calls. I was told I would have my money back after 2 billing cycles, I paid with Paypal. When the two months went by I was told it would be another 30 days. Needless to say, I still do not have my money, The people are rude and actually get nasty that I call. It has gotton to the point that they told me not to call anymore and that they will call me if they know anything. This is a terrible company and there are many complaints on the internet about them, I wish I knew that before I purchased from them. I am not going to let this go. I am going to do anything and everthing I can to get my money back and to let people know NOT TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. This Company literally steal your money and has no intention of ever giving anyone a Refund. How can they get away with this. Be assured you will hear from me again!!
