USA Wallpaper takes money then does not refund when order is cancelled due to out of stock merchandise

When the wallpaper that I order did not show after being told it would be 1 to 2 weeks, I emailed and called, they said it might be another 1 to 2 weeks. The next day I cancelled the order and asked for my refund, I had paid through pay pal and expected to be reimbursed as quickly as I paid, since I had to pay upon ordering. Did not get any response so I called again, they finally sent an email confirmation of the cancellation. Still no refund after a week.

I called again, and they had some excuse that it would be refunded after gong through the billing cycle? I then insisted on the refund and ofcourse they said they would try and push it through. All I received was another email confirmation of my cancellation. I will be calling daily.

Do not do business with these people. I think they are a fly by night fraudulent organization.
