Placed an order for a wallpaper mural on 01/28/08. After several delays, I decided to cancel my order on 03/10/08. I still haven't received my refund over 2 months later. Upon contacting their customer service dept, I still couldn't get a refund date. Terrible customer service and they seem like a very unorganized company.
