This company is ripping people off! I have found several sites where people have reported that their money has not been refunded and no merchandise has been received. I was a victim like Lisa. I used Paypal and am now unable to recover any of my funds because they have extended this well beyond Paypals dispute time frame. I canceled my order when I found out that the items I had ordered were not in stock. I was told that I should receive a refund within 1-2 months and I have been waiting for over four months now. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the company has refused to respond to them. When I call I always talk to someone who promises to expedite my refund and it never happens. Do not order from this company! You will undoubtedly end up in the same situation. I only wish I had found these reviews before I ordered.
