Decorate With Style INC., USA Wallpaper Order from USA Wallpaper on Backorder, cancelled order over 3 months ago and still no refund?

I placed an order with this Decorate with Style INC. DBA USA Wallpaper for the primary colors blankets, sheets and pillow cases for both a full and twin bed. I made my payment through paypal as I was a little "iffy" about the company because I never heard of them, but I found them on a website for companies that paypal is accepted. Anyways, I submitted the order and received an email from this company shortly after stating that they had received my order and would be processing it shortly. The very next day I received yet another email stating that ALL the items were on back order and would ship in 2-4 weeks. Okay, that's not too bad I guess so I decided to wait.

I checked on the order the following month and was told that the items were still on back order. This got me thinking, this is unacceptable considering I payed for second day air and everything for this order. My order totalled $244.67. I thought about cancelling the order when I called a month after the order was placed and it was STILL on back order, but I asked if I cancelled it how long it would be until I received my refund. They told me 1-2 billing cycles. So I thought about it and decided I would wait another couple weeks to check on the order again. When I checked again, the items were still on backorder so on August 6 I decided that I would cancel the order and just wait a couple months for the refund.

I hadn't seen the refund in a month, so I used the online chat thing to check on the status. The customer service moron that I chatted with told me that the refund was being processed and I would see it in 1-2 weeks.

Two weeks go by, still no refund so I contact these morons again.By now, I'm a little ticked off at this company. They tell me they have to contact the accounting dept. And they will email me once they hear something back. Really, why does this scam company pay these customer service reps, when they never have an answer all they know how to say is "let me check on that" "I will forward this to the accounting dept. And email you when I know something" and " I'm sorry for the inconvenience." SO back on track now, I don't receive an email from these idiots so in the next week or two I checked on the refund AGAIN. I continued to contact this company every week to check on my refund and I get the same story everytime.

Today (November 20) I checked on the refund today after reading all the reports from the other ticked off customers who went through or are going through the same run around I am and told them I want to see my refund today. Amy was unable to get that done for me, imagine that, but tells me that I will see the refund within a week, HAHAHAHA yeah right! I feel I will never see this money. I did however file a report with the BBB in hopes that if enough people file reports against this company that their doors will be shut forever. I hope everyone who is thinking of buying from this company runs across some kind of consumer reports website with enough Ticked off customers reports on there. I would call a lawyer, but I would probably pay the lawyer more than my refund would be anyways and to me it's just not worth that hassle expecially since I read someone els'es report on here that had called a lawyer and they told her to contact BBB.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. Not only will you not get your merchandise, but you won't get your money back either, or at least not without a fight
