Stamp.com Co has attempted to collected amonthly charge from me; which were quoted via the Internet. The forst quote was for 39.00 for service for printing Postage from my PC. I am going on record stating that I never receive any service from your company; and furthermore, I retired from the U.S. Postal Service, and for that reason I would never do service with any other company.

I received an Invoice Number 3047726-503 in the amount of $79.95 stated that this was for assessed on the account. Please send me a contract where I signed stating that I was in agreement with such a binding contract.

I am sending a copy of this letter to the office of the Attorney General State of California and the Office of the Attorney General State of Texas for their consideration.

Please do not continue to attempt to collect a charge that is in correctly charge to me. For your convenience adhere to correct procedures in such matter reference to the above States procedures.
