Attempting to collect an unauthorized charges

Stamp.com Co., Has atempt to collect a monthly charge to me from a quote you sent me via the Internet.
The first quote you sent me via E-mail was $39.00; Even though you did not have a binding contract with me. I am completely confused with the Invoice you sent me stating that I owe you service for printing service stamp you sent me; when I did't receive or, participate in any kind of service via the Internet or, any other services.
I am puting you on notice at this time, that I am not in agreement with any kind service you are claiming that I received.
Secondly, I received another Ivoice stating that I owe you $79.95 on Invoice 3047726-503. This information is all incorrect and false information.
