I have read of a few other people who are having problems dealing with Tek-Collect. Yes, they are rude, but more importanly they refuse to send any proff what so ever that a charge is real or not.
DONT waste your time with calling your local BBB, sorry folks but the BBB is a complete and utter joke.
The only way you will get them to respond to you (Tek-collect) is by contacting your local State Attorney General. BBB is not there to help the consumner they are they to collect fees from the BIZ that they allow to use their BBB symbol.
