They cannot keep track of customer records and are now being investigated for fraud. From my personal experience they charged my account without my permission and then proceeded to write me a reimbursement check that was dated for thirty days from the date received. This check was for the incorrect amount, and when I called about the amount the only thing that the manger could say is "have your lawyer call my lawyer." She yelled at me over the phone and has been very rude. She hired staff that could not complete their tasks and could have prevented the charge. Do not use this storage unit.
