This company, after we complied with all their requests, continues to hold our insurance claim funds. Now we are in the middle of repairs, vendors are requesting their money, and they continue to give us the runaround. I don't know what else to do. Our lives are upside down, the house is full of dust everywhere, everyone is getting sick, etc. It's a mess.
What is the purpose of paying for insurance if you can't do anything when you are in need? The house is almost paid off, and we pay on time... What is the excuse? Can we file a suit against them?
