Pay intrest on my loan to BOA

BOA is holding my insurance check. I am currently paying interest on my heloc and funding the repairs while I wait on BOA to distribute my funds on an insurance claim. I would be able to pay down the heloc and pay less interest. I would like BOA to pay me interest on the money they are holding from me.
