Inablitity to function - service

McD's in St. Ignance MI has the most incompentent staff I have ever come in contact with. I ended up waiting for 20 minutes for my small order, while my daughters meal grew cold on the tray. The counter person, was inept and rude when I asked about the delay, and she then began to fill orders that were taken after mine. Manager was no where to be seen. Entire restaurant was not clean! Don't go there
