Wrong order, cold food, unprofessional jokes

The mcdonalds in mt horeb sounds like many all over the united states. I was shocked to read all the complaints on your web. I hope corporate mcdonalds is reading these also! Our mcdonalds continues to get our orders wrong (one out of every 4 orders we get there are incorrect), the food is often cold, and the worst visit involved the employees saying jokes out loud at the check out about b-jobs on women - which my 12 year old son over heard. When confronted - the manager pointed to another employee when asked who the manager was and then they laughed about it after i walked away.

I refuse to visit this mcdonalds anymore and it is the only fast food restaurant in our town. Luckily, culver's will be coming very soon - a very good, midwest fast food restaurant. Corporate mcdonlds better get their act together - they used to be americas fast food restaurant, but based on my experience and that of many of your viewers, it is fast losing it's popularity.
