Over 20 Minute Wait for Order Led to Refund

My wife and I went to the Wellington Ohio McDonalds on 9-20. We ordered our meal which consisted of a double cheeseburger. Two fish sandwiches and drinks. After waiting over 20 minutes for our meal I asked what the problem was. The counter person was so inept that she had no clue. I requested my money back which I received and promptly went to Burger King where I will go from now on. Absolutely the worst service I have ever encountered.
