I promised myself never to go to this McDonalds after previous incidents. Thought maybe for a change the experience would Be different. I was wrong. Person to take my order didn't input my order right. I go to the Window and immediately I was told to pull up To wait for my order. After waiting 23 min I decided to go inside my order has been waiting probably 10 min counter. I spoke to manager which did not show any interested on my situation. Manager said "oh the people forgot to make your order" hardly understood her since her English was very broken. Manager name was Alicia. Night shift. Came home to some soggy fries and old chicken nuggets. Food was very cold. Worst experience Ive had in a while. Restaurant lacks of personal with customer service skills. Need to Be retrained. Starting with the manager.
