It happened on 9 April.9pm, on the first service counter from the left at Mcdonald at No. 216, QingNian Road, Kunming, Yunan, China.
I could not remember the name of ther service staff, but i could remember the date and time. She was rude to us when we were waiting for our order. She blamed us for taking away our receipt from the order desk. I thought customer has the rights to keep their receipt after payment? If the service provider need the order list, they should have prepared one seperate list for themselve instead of having the customer receipt on their hand even after payment received? She scolded us. We were not aware of the so call unreasonable 'norms' in this mcdonald restaurant! Mcdonalds claimed itself as fast food, yet it took about 10 minutes for us to get the food, adding with unreasonable blame from the service provider. We could not tolerate with her attitude. Is this the right culture in McDonalds for being rude to their customers? Further more, we were tourist to that city. The bad experience has totally change our perception to McDonalds China. It provide the worst service compare to other McDonalds franchise restaurant in other countries in the world.
