Sears did not deliver - Mattress Set

I helped my parents purchase a mattress set on 12-26-13, to be delivered on 1-6-14, The weather was bad and they couldn't deliver on 1-6, said they would deliver on 1-7, didn't happen, then they said 1-11-13, didn't happen then either, said they lost the mattress set in the warehouse, and wanted to deliver on 1-14, at that point we cancelled the order. Meanwhile they have had my money for 3 weeks, and still no mattress set. My Mom had been in the hospital for a month and came home on 1-6-13 to the stress of broken delivery promises by Sears, and I am 300 miles away unable to help. No one in my family will ever purchase anything from Sears again.
