Mattress Warranty Required Photo Proof of Sagging, Claim Denied

Please inform your mattress salesmen to inform a purchaser to the specifics of the warranty. Notice of a ten or 20 year warranty is not enough. Before a customer purchases the mattress, they must be advised by the salesperson that if, in the unforeseen event that the customer thinks the mattress is faulty, they must provide proof to the warranty company that the customer provide pictorial proof that the mattress has sagged at least 1 and one/half inches before they honor the warranty. When I purchased my Sealy mattress from Sears six years ago, I was not informed of this policy, and when I sent my pictures to the warranty company today, they refused my claim commenting that the mattress did not sag enough. I would have never purchased my current mattress from Sears if I knew about this policy. I also now question whether this policy was in effect six years ago. I'm truly very disappointed and unhappy with Sears! Since my claim was unapproved, I now have to purchase a new mattress - but not at Sears!
