Brooklyn Mattress - Mattress and box springs

My sister and I both purchased mattress sets on 12/1. They were both delivered on 12/8 (at different address) I made my first call to Sears beginning 1/4. I have been given the run around since the first call that I made. I have Sears & visited Sears a total of 6 times. I am so disappointed that I have spent $2450.68 on a bed that has a 25 year warranty and Sears said it is out of their hands because we went past the thirty days? I started calling before the 30 days!
