Sears sagging Sealy Mattress - Sealy Posturepedic Mattress

If you are on disability, DON'T buy from Sears. I have been trying to get some help with my 2 yr old Sealy Mattress. They want me to take off the mattress, take off the box spring and take pictures of each including the metal frame. Now tell me, what has the metal frame got to do with the mattress sagging 2 inches? I have sent photo copies of everything, they want more of the same thing. I have called, one person does not know what the next person has done or is doing. More run around. The lady today on the phone told me not to get my hopes up for a new mattress! This has a 10 year warranty and is 2 years old. Come on! They get your money and leave you hanging. Guess they figure you will get tired of trying and give up with your claim. Sears has lost ALL of my business, a thrift store is better than they are!
