Driver Passed on Double Yellow Line at Daggett Railroad Stop

This FedEx driver was in the wrong lane at the Daggett railroad stop, trying to cut in line. He passed me over a double yellow line. They put double yellow lines on windy blind spots for looks! This driver didn't make any better time than me, and he was being reckless. I was going to the marine base at the Yermo annex at about 12:30 pm today, 12-18.
