Coffee table book delivered in no wrapping!

I ordered a special coffee table book from Amazon. It arrived in a box much too big for it, and was just lying loosely in the box with no wrapping at all!!!
It came from the US to South Africa, without even 1 layer of bubble wrap around it???

Of course it was damaged. The one corner is bent, and part of the book got wet making big marks on quite a few pages and crinkling them.

With a little wrapping, just a tiny little bit of effort, this could of been avoided.
Instead, I have to now ship it back to them, and am not able to give it as a birthday present in time.

Don't see myself ever ordering form you again, if you actually send nice books loosely in boxes with no wrapping, ridiculous!!!
