Driver Blocked Three Handicap Spots for 15 Minutes

Hey, need a company to deliver your packages? FedEx is a great company NOT to use!
At 10:50 am on Thursday morning, in front of 7355 Rosswell Road, the FedEx driver pulled across 3 handicap spots and left his truck sitting there. When I pointed out that there were 2 seniors with blue permits waiting for a spot, he told me "don't worry, I'll... only be a minute." Fifteen minutes later, with one envelope tucked under his arm, he rolled away.
