Lost sale TV and MacBook sent to Canada, not Michigan

Why companies use FedEx baffles me! Last year I purchased 2 TVs on sale from Circuit City. One was delivered, and the other just stayed in Rhode Island for about 3 weeks. Finally I called both Circuit City and FedEx, not knowing why the package was never delivered. It turns out FedEx lost it, and because it was a sale TV, Circuit City only refunded my money instead of replacing it with the TV I wanted. I never did get my TV!

Now Apple used FedEx to ship my MacBook from China. Guess what? They of course sent it to the wrong area. I am in Michigan (US), not Canada. Why did it go to Canada? Because FedEx is incompetent and does not know how to run its business. So now I must wait an extra 2-3 days for my MacBook because of their mistakes.

I do not think I will ever make a purchase if companies insist on using FedEx. If you want your packages to arrive on time, or arrive at all, do not use FedEx!!!
