FedEx Dangerous Drive

Around 5:50pm on 1-495 in MD (Inner Loop), I merged in front of a FedEx truck due to two left lanes being blocked by an accident. Had blinker on and was up to the cones. Driver honked, I quickly changed back to my original lane and driver sped up and cut me off. Changed lanes, FedEx changed lanes. Driver then swerved between lanes to prevent me from going (also endangering other drivers) around and flipped me off. FedEx driver finally left me alone and sped off going about 80 in a 55 mph zone. Number on top right on back of truck was 9728.
