Truck driver cut me off, swerved on 1-495 in MD

Around 5:50 pm on 1-495 in MD (Inner Loop), I merged in front of a FedEx truck because two left lanes were blocked by an accident. I had my blinker on and was up to the cones. The driver honked, so I quickly changed back to my original lane. The driver then sped up and cut me off.

I changed lanes, and the FedEx truck changed lanes. The driver then swerved between lanes to prevent me from going around, also endangering other drivers, and flipped me off. The FedEx driver finally left me alone and sped off, going about 80 in a 55 mph zone. The number on the top right of the back of the truck was 9728.
