Card Rejected After Executive Pushed Me to Apply Anyway

Hi Team,

This is regarding:

I need a proper answer as to why my card has been rejected. I was not even interested in applying, but your executive forced me to apply and told me that my card had already been approved by City Bank, that they have a list of approved card members, and that I just needed to submit the current document.

I even have message communication with your executive, in which he or she confirmed: (I have confirmed with my manager you will receive the card and we have already checked your civil score).

Then why was it rejected???

I told them that if my card was rejected it would hit my civil score, which I don't want because I am planning to apply for a home loan. The executive called me many times and confirmed they were calling from City Bank directly.

Why are they making customers fools in the name of City Bank?

Now what will I do, as it will hit my civil score???
