Accepted device to make home phone wireless for trial and also, internet hot connect. Tried to connect with no avail. Returned items to store within trial period on may 23. Verizon failed to credit return items and have billed me continually and turned over to several collection agencies over the years. I have receipts from store mentioned above for the return receipts. The most recent collection agency is the cbe groupe p o box 294, waterlou, iowa 50704 tel # 816 659 1154 verizon should be fined punetive damages for all the harrasment and trouble they have caused such as canceling my phone land line and causing me to lose my home phone # i have had for years.
