Customer service billed for service that was not connected, twice, present and future month

Verizon Wireless is charging for service I haven't received. Verizon Wireless home connect would not work with my alarm. Tried to port number back Verizon refused the only way I could reconnect my home land line was to change my phone number. The wireless home connect has never been connected. I am being charged double what I was quoted it would cost per month for two months. Verizon Wireless knows that they can charge what ever they want because consumer can't cancel the service without having to pay early termination fee. This is a RIP OFF to be forced to pay for a service never received and not allowed to cancel to go to another company that bills fairly.
