Verizon Wireless Rips Customers off on Insurance Scam Ripoff

My friend's boyfriend has had Verizon Wireless for a few years. The last two years, he has been paying the monthly insurance fee for his phone. However, when he tried to use the insurance a couple years later, Verizon told him he canceled his insurance the day before— not true! Apparently, if you buy Verizon's insurance, they will just claim you canceled the insurance plan the day before you purchased it! He ended up completely canceling his phone service with Verizon.By the way, the phone was just a cheap $50 phone!

I too am on the verge of leaving Verizon Wireless for my own problems I have been having with both Verizon's land line service and Verizon Wireless' cell service.
