15 day phone return policy is bogus! Returned phone binded me in a contract

Returned the phone within the 15 day period... They binded me in a contract. Stating they received my phone on the 16th day... After I contacted them to inform them of their error the CSR told me there was nothing they could do about it. At this time I am furious... Told them I was not paying for something I did not want and returned in the proper manner!

Needless to say, they turned me over to collection agency, the collection agency in turn put this BS on my credit report and put down that Verizon Wireless is a UTILITY BILL/COMPANY THAT I OWE!!! When did Verizon become an Electric Company??? To add insult to injury, Verizon is DEMANDING I pay them $407.00!! FOR WHAT??!!

I didn't use the phone and returned the phone within the 15 day period! Verizon Wireless is the worst when it comes to Customer Service and celluar phone service!!! I would not recommend them to anyone for anything in this world!!!
