Terrible servie - citi bank

I am been doing business with citi bank for over 4 years and they are getting worst day by day i will deff not recommend this bank. Bad customer service and delays for everything trying to get my card in a mail over night its been 5 days still did not received it when i call they give different excuses every time even if you speak to there managers they are even worst. Terrible bank...
