Excessive Interest, Fees and Poor Service on Sears Referrals

Sears does an extreme disservice to its good customers with good credit by referring them to Citi Bank credit services! Citi Bank charges excessive interest and excessive fees, has poor customer service staff, and is a predatory lender! These are my personal opinions, and I recommend that all consumers stay away from Citi Bank credit services!
