Sears does an extreme disservice to its good customers with good credit by referring them to Citi Bank credit services! Citi Bank charges excessive interest, excessive fees, has poor customer service staff and is a predictors lender!!! These are my personal opinions and I recommend all consumers stay away from Citi Bank credit services!!!
