Where's David?

The IHOP at 6109 Financial Plaza, Shreveport, Louisiana is a place that my family and I have visited for years, many times a week. Lately their service has become deplorable. Servers are rushed, and unattentive, which creates a problem for my family. IHOP is well known as a family restaurant where patrons can enjoy a friendly meal in an atmosphere of hospitality and this IHOP just doesn't measure up to that standard. Once upon a time there was a server there named David, who by all means wasn't the speediest or even most accurate server but made up for it with his personality and his attentiveness to his customers. He brought real class to the establishment but we haven't seen him in a while, prompting us to find another family night out spot. The new servers at IHOP would benefit from his nurturing character and customer service expertise. We really are lacking that in todays world.
