The day of Halloween the manager (a lady) of the IHOP at Galveston Ct in Manassas rejected to offer my wife (which is pregnant) the free pancake because she was not "officially" dress up with a custom.in addition to that, we were the only customers at that time. It was not a hospitality principle at all; those little details affect the relationship with loyal customers.
