The Restaurant at Shawnee Mission Pkwy

For the past two years, a group of us have dined at the IHOP on Shawnee Mission Pkwy. Store #5330, every Sunday evening. We come in around 6:00PM, and there are anywhere from 4 to 12 of us.
We noticed last spring that service was soooo slow, that we started going somewhere else, however, in the fall we returned to IHOP, finding that management had changed. We really wanted to go to IHOP because of location, pricing and variety.

On March 4, four of us went to IHOP and we sat for 1 hour and 20 minutes before we were served our food, and the orders weren't correct. There apparently was a problem in the kitchen, and much yelling going on, but no service. Service has steadily been slow, but this was the final straw.
We won't be coming back, and we are sorry about it. We had in the beginning had relationships with our servers, noting holidays, birthdays, births and weddings of our servers.
Unfortunately, we will have to drive to an inconvenient location, and pay more, and perhaps not have the selection. It is truly a shame.
