IHOP at Ford City Chicago, IL: - IHOP

I need to complain of the cleanliness of the location. The tables were so dirty I could scrape the dirt off them with a knife! The floors were filthy. I started imagining all the other things that could be dirty... Plates, utensils, glasses, etc. I will never again visit this IHOP.
