IHOP dinners and service - dinners

I arrived at IHOP with my elderly mother for dinner, we chose IHOP because mother enjoys going there, mom ordered the shrimp and i ordered waffels and chicken. The server was pollit and asked us what we would like to drink, mom ordered tea and i ordered coffee, the coffee was hot but old and tatste nasty and by the time we got our food. It was served to us cold, everything mom had and i had was cold and i could not eat my food and had to ask for a container to take it home to reheat, this is the second time this has happened, i will not take mom to IHOP again nor will i recommend to friends. When growing up IHOP was always good but now i cant say that: (
