Very Unprofessional - IHOP

This IHOP is locate at 80 Carmine Street, New York, NY 10014 store 3434. At about 12:45 P.M. My co-worker and I attend this IHOP for lunch, we were greeted by a hostess who had a dustpan and a boom in her hand at the front door and didn't wash her hands and complete to seat us with silverware at a sticky table. We waited about 20 minutes for a server and it wasn't busy at all. Jamie was our server and he was great and very friendly. He took our order and it took 45 minutes for the food to come out I order a Patty Melt and my friend order Chicken Fajita Quesadilla along with a side salad. Not only the food took so long, a waitress by the name of Crystal was in a heated argument with the manager Laura, the profanity and threats she made to the manager was very uncalled for, and very unprofessional and Crystal has no people skills. The manager Laura didn't correct the behavior of server Crystal with made the experiences at this IHOP the worst experiences I ever had. There is NO reason for a customer to hear profanity in a family restaurant. I was so disappoint in this IHOP, for I didn't enjoy my meal. The other staff was on their phones while customers waited to be seated and waited for there checks to pay. Very unprofessional!!!
