Have never understood the difference between Garbage and Recyclables - Recyclables

Mr. Spencer,

I spoke to your office this past Monday regarding service to our residence this past Saturday, September 8. Again, only one truck came through the neighborhood and picked up both the trash and the recyclables where they were then comingled. We recycle for a reason as do all our neighbors. Once again Waste Management service has fallen past what our expectations of them should be. Once again I call your offices and am left with promises and commitments only to find there is no follow through and no contact past my initial contact with your offices.

This is not an isolated case. When we were on a Wednesday pickup, this never happened. Since going to a Friday pickup earlier this year it always happens. I even increased the size of the recycle bin so that we could recycle more and now I wonder what for. Waste Management will no longer be our provider as of the end of this month. You have competition in this area and we will use them since your offices don%u2019t seem to be able to show any concern about our desire to recycle. It%u2019s not that we are missed when this happens, the entire route on those days are missed. No recyclables are recycled and for us that%u2019s not good enough. We thank you for your services over the years, there have been many, but it%u2019s time for us to make a change. We hope our next provider will be able to be more accommodating for as of this writing Waste Management just keeps coming up short.
