Two months and still waiting for recycling pickup - WASTE MANAGEMENT / GARBAGE PICK UP

It's been TWO MONTHS and we still have not had our recycling picked up, nor have we received a trash bin or recycling bin. I have called customer service about this issue TWELVE TIMES in the past two months. I have never known a more incompetent company.
