Waste Management
Does not pick up trash but says they will get it the next day ripoff

This is the second time I have had to call Waste Management to pick up my trash. They waited 4 days the first time. This time they came back in 4 days and picked up my neighbors but drove off before we could stop them. We had called 3 times. My bill is paid on time and the can is by the road like everyone else's
