Unauthorized $24.95 Monthly Charge After $129 Computer Cleanup

Called geek squad in Feb to have them clean up my tower in which they did at a cost of 129.00 that was fine I accepted that charge 1 month later I get a deduction on acct for 24.95 when I called David [geek squad] said it was for monthly service which I told him I did not agree to no service like that and wanted my money refunded. Went through the whole talk about how it would take 72 hrs and several calls & several 72hrs and 1 month later plus an e-mail from them on 3/7 confirming that the money is refunded still no refund so please help me
