Poor Service - computer repai

I have a contract with the Geek Squad, I bought when my computer had a virus and it was suppose to be good for 1 year. Within the year, I had another virus on my computer and brought it back to the Geek Squad, they said no problem fixing it. Never called me, when I called them, there response was they could not fix it and it would cost me another 100.00 to have it repaired.
I think they just hire anyone with very little computer experience and sell you a bill of goods to buy their service.
Beware! I brought it to another computer person and the Geek Squad had done more damage to the computer!
