Laptop Declared Fried After Pop-Up Removal

I took my laptop in on 12/08 to be able to download Microsoft Office student 2010 and my autoplay was not working properly so I took it to Geek Squad at the Deptford Center in Deptford, NJ. Picked up my pc on 12/11 (3 days later) and my pc supposedly was corrected until I arrived home and saw that a window constantly popped-up, so I took my pc back to the same Geek Squad. They ended up keeping my pc until the next day just to uninstalled a pop-up only to get a phone call from one of the guys of Geek Squad saying that my computer is fried and that it was my mother board.

I called Geek Squad HQs and spoke with them. According to the corporation of Geek Squad: these people are not responsible for any damages that they cause. They had nothing to tell me other than if that's what they (Geek Squad) say happened is what happened then there's nothing else that can be done. So to all consumers, do not take any pcs' to these people. They will not be held accountable for any damages that they cause and us the consumers are shit out of luck unless we take them to court and expose these criminals on our local news for everyone to be aware of what they're doing under the hat of Best Buy.
