Shocking Customer Service

I am with ATT wireless from past 4 Yrs and no complaint, but with that in mind i signed up for DSL internet service and bought hell to myself. 1) I signed up for DSL since as a bundle i got a good deal

2) Already the shipment arrived Late.

3) Then the setup suppose to be 30 min job and mine did not sync up for nearly 2 Hrs and its been 12 Days still no access

4) Called customer service from Day 1 till today and all they know to respond is whats in their Problem solving guide saying "tyrpe this Ip address and register and if not sorry sir we have to keep you in Hold", then after a while phone will donw and everytime they ask for a call back number and never once till today they called me to solve. I made nearly 10 customer calls last 12 days

5) I literally struggled for 12 days and lost hope. Everytime i call the Service Disconnect agent, she connects me to technical support and believe me AT&T dont have even a single Technical expertise (Iam also a Telecom engineer), they are just worse than anything, they dont know more than whats written in their Guide document to help us.

6) later they sent a so called "BIG Team" tchnician, it was a comedy he did what we were doing past 10 days and has put in his report that its solved and customer can access the page (thats what the agen told me for the work order). So to save his job without doing anything

If problem goes for more than 30 minutes and if they cannot solve they disconnect and no response. Today i just disconnected their service. Only i wasted my 10-14 Hrs over phone call and Stressed myself. Please dont go for this service... Never ever!
