Dear folks,
I do not know what happened to HP in the past 3 months. I bought several products from HP in the past and had good experience with them when it came to getting technical support. However, I recently bought a couple of printers for business and I spent 5 hours on the phone trying to get technical help to set up wireless wizard. The technician kept experimenting with different steps to get my problem solved and finally I learned she and then a he did not have the slightest idea in the world how to help me set up the system. Today I called and first after a brief wait I got disconnected and on second round some non-English speaker from Costa Rica kept asking same question over and over until upon my request she transferred me to mainland US.

Advice:

Do not buy hp.
