Called again and same as usual internet

Dell tech called me called me a liar. I requested customer service are customer relations guess what they dont have anything but tech service they told me dell only had tech service and nothing else. The tech today said if tech couldnt solve the problem to bad i was stuck with wich for 6mos thats been true.

Could anyone help me on this issue maybe if enough of us thats be treated this way by DELL could get together maybe we could get something done.

If anyone call help me get in touch with me. Ive already lost 1100.00 dollars on this junk but i would like to make Dell pay for this and anything else that is associated with their service (are like of service)
