Sold upgrades (memory, window & office XP) promised support, not there

Purchased upgrades memory, window and office xp, was promised supoort to install. After many many calls, hours on hold and being hung up on twice I was finally told that my computer was out of warranty and technical support was not available. After this dude got frustrated with the run around I took the software and my computer to Best Buy for installation.

Was told there the office xp software was defective, after installing several times continue to get error "Problem with shortcut this action is only valid with product installed". Was confirmed installation complete several times. Dude you got problems dealing with Dell.
