XPS 625 cannot install Adobe software, support demands $139.99

I had a new Dell XPS 625 built for my photography company by a sales person (Trevor) that said this was what I was looking for. Problem, the computer is unable to accept any Photoshop programs new or used or download trials. Dell will not fix this unless I pay 139.99 to them!!! For what!!?? It's a brand new computer. Needless to say I have over 25 hours invested in calls to the sales dept AND technical support... Same outcome, it has to be all of my software and all of the software from Adobe on-line that is bad... Right... I have no patience for this kind of baloney. Now I see they no longer produce this model, gee what a surprise, I never would have spent 1500. On a computer that is being discontinued. Dell has done absolutely nothing to help me with this new computer that I feel I should not have to pay another dime for. Shame on Dell!
