Sold me a new computer, 5 days later told me it had to much dirty software, told me they could fix it on line for $ 169.99

Ought new computer on - line from dell inc, 5 days after hook up not working right, and would not work with my dell printer, went online to dell got a live chat, told the dude what was going on, in reply i was told my brand new computer had to much junk software on it, and he could fix it online for a one time charge of a $169.99 must i say anymore. I told him what he could do.
